I had a wonderful experience bringing my dog Rye to East Boston animal hospital. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They take great care of their clients and make the whole visit smooth and comfortable. One thing I really appreciated is that they have a Spanish-speaking staff member, which is very helpful for many pet owners in the community. Dr. Raman Chopra is truly the best. He is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he treats. The quality of care here is excellent. Another big plus is that their charges are very reasonable compared to other clinics, while still providing top-quality service. I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and affordable care for their pets. Rye and I are very grateful! Staff are generally really nice, warm and caring. My dog had 2 surgeries there and they were all so concerned about me! (They saw me crying from anxiety…) Dr. Chopra is attentive and humble. They are expensive but for me the convenience is worth it.
